1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ChakanJob ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register on ChakanJob. Employers must be registered business entities or authorized hiring managers.
3. Job Posting Rules
- All job postings must be genuine and for legitimate employment
- Fraudulent or misleading job postings will be immediately removed
- Free job posts are active for 7 days only; paid plans extend listing duration
- Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their job descriptions
4. Account Inactivity & Deletion
Worker accounts inactive for 7 consecutive days will receive an inactivity warning. Accounts remaining inactive for 14 days total will be permanently deleted. ChakanJob reserves the right to delete inactive accounts to maintain platform quality.
5. Subscription & Payments
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or quarterly as selected
- All payments are processed securely via PhonePe
- No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal date
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting fake job listings or misleading salary information
- Harassment or discrimination of any kind
- Scraping or automated access to the platform
- Creating multiple accounts for the same user
7. Limitation of Liability
ChakanJob acts as a marketplace connecting employers and job seekers. We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on the platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
